Funny but Sorrowful

Should I wail Should I Scream?
It is shocking it is sad
Should we call it a tragedy or Dzogbevoe?
A household has torn apart
And the falcon cannot hear the falconer
Who is to stand in for who?
Who is to put who beneath the earth?
Who shall we talk to? And
Who will hear what has happen to us with us?
Alas two great entities
Should we call it normal? Or
We say is one of those things?
Men and women, boys and girls, kids, infants and toddlers
Has gather from all walks of life
Just to see what sadagati (death) has brought on our household
Everyone say one thing or the other
Who can tell what exactly befall our household?
Oh Dzogbese Lisa
Why have you treated us thus?
Who will take me high so
I can question Sogbolisa (God)
Our questions are rhetorical
They cannot be answered
What is man that he might keep all treasures on earth for himself?

II

Alas what I feared most has come upon my house
Is so very hard to say bye bye
It’s something that the heart of a mortal can never tolerate
But is something that has come upon man
Oh Dzogbevoe!!! Oh Dzogbevoe!!!
This is what Dzogbevoe and Dzogbese
Has brought upon our house
Who is ready to answer our rhetorical questions?
Hmm!!!
Should we call it a tragedy, Dzogbese, Dzogbevoe
I come to agree that “Dzogbevoe menya ame o”
Whether young or old anyone can fall a victim
What a life full of tragedies!!!
Six feet deep he goes beneath the earth..
